某复杂银铅锌矿浮选分离试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 内蒙古某银铅锌多金属硫化矿中主要金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿,在磨矿过程中易泥化且干扰浮选的脉石矿物主要有绢云母、白云母、绿泥石、高岭土、粘土等,根据矿石性质,采用对易泥化且易浮脉石抑制效果明显的MP抑制剂和高选择性的捕收剂,进行了浮选试验研究。研究结果表明,当原矿铅品位1.95%、锌品位1.97%、银品位100.50 g/t时,采用优先浮选的工艺流程,在较佳的浮选条件下,可获得铅品位50.08%、银品位2 040.35 g/t、铅回收率91.62%、银回收率72.34%的铅精矿,锌品位46.81%、锌回收率82.04%的锌精矿。该工艺为研究同类型银铅锌矿提供了参考依据。 The primary metal minerals of an Ag - Pb - Zn polymetallic ore in Nei Monggol are galena,sphalerite and pyrite. The gangue minerals such as sericite, muscovite, chlorite, kaolin, clay,are easy to be muddy in the grinding process and interfere with flotation. According to the ore properties,the depressant MP which has an obvious effect on easy floating and mudding gangue andhigh selective collectors were used, and flotation tests were studied, The results showed : in thecase of the raw ore containing Pb 1.9 5 % , Zn 1.9 7 % and Ag 100.50 g/t, finally the lead concentratescontaining Pb 50. 0 8 % , Ag 2 040. 35 g/t with recovery of Pb 91. 6 2 % , Ag 72. 3 4 % , andzinc concentrates containing Zn 46. 8 1 % with recovery of Zn 82. 0 4 % were achieved through a selectiveflotation process, and the paper provides the reference basis for studying the same type of Ag- Pb - Zn ore.
