摘要
目的:探究西归乙醇提取物对环磷酰胺造成的免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法制备小鼠免疫低下的模型,灌胃给予西归乙醇提取物高、中、低剂量(5.00、2.50、1.25 g/kg)15 d,测定各组的脏器重量和脏器指数、外周血象、骨髓有核计数以及T、B淋巴细胞的转化功能等。结果:西归乙醇提取物可以改善免疫低下小鼠的外周血象,提高其各个脏器的重量和脏器指数,提高免疫低下小鼠的骨髓有核细胞数量,增强脾淋巴细胞的增殖功能,从而改善免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。结论:西归乙醇提取物具有改善免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective To research the effect of Seselopsis extract on immune function in immunocompromised mice caused bycyclophosphamide. Methods:In this study, immunocompromised models were established through the intraperitoneal injectionofcyclophosphamide. After the models were administered high, medium and low dose(5.00, 2.50, 1.25 g/kg)of Seselopsis extract bygavage for 15 d, the organ weights and organ index, the number and classification of peripheral blood cell, bone marrow nucleated cell,T and B lymphocyte transformation were tested. Results:Seselopsis extract can enhance their immune function by improving theperipheral blood of immunocompromised mice, increasing the weight of immunocompromised mice organs and organ index, increasingthe number of bone marrow cells and promoting the proliferative function of splenic lymphocytes. Conclusion:The Seselopsis extractcan improve the immune function of immunocompromised mice.
