摘要
目的:探讨男性Y染色体多态性与临床效应的关系。方法:对527例男性遗传咨询者进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型分析。结果:发现Y染色体多态性39例,检出率7.40%。除2例Yqs患者无相应临床效应外,其余37例Y染色体多态性的男性患者均存在一定的临床效应。结论:Y染色体的多态性可能与男性生殖异常、无精等临床效应有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between male Y chromosome polymorphism and clinical effect. Methods： Toanalyze the lymphocyte chromosome karyotypein peripheral blood from 527 cases of male genetic consultants. Results： There were 39cases of Y chromosome heteromorphism. The detection rate was 7.40%. Except 2 patients, the rest 37 patients all displayed clinicaleffect .Conclusion： Y chromosome heteromorphism may possibly result in male reproductive abnormalities and aspermia.
