Analysis on The Necessity of Standard Laboratory Practical Training Among Preventive Medicine and Health Inspection Undergraduates Before Internship

目的:探索预防医学和卫生检验专业本科生毕业实习前进行标准化实验室实训的必要性。方法:对2010级预防医学和卫生检验专业本科实习前学生和参与标准化实验室实训教学模式的教师进行标准化实验室实训一周前、后问卷调查,Epi-data3.1双录入法录入数据,采用逻辑筛查核对无误后用SPSS19.0统计软件包进行χ2检验、秩和检验分析。结果:标准化实训指标实训前后比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论:预防医学和卫生检验专业本科生实习前进行标准化实验室实训很有必要,完善标准化实验室实训教学模式的建设和实施是很有必要的。

Objective To explore the necessity of standardized laboratory practical training among preventive medicine and healthinspection undergraduates before they do internship. Methods： Undergraduates of 2010 preventive medicine and health inspection,and teachers involved in the teaching of standard laboratory practical training were surveyed by questionnaires before and after 1-weekstandard laboratory practical training. The double input of data was carried out by using Epidata3.1. After the logical screening, the χ2test, rank sum test and analysis of data were performed by using the SPSS19.0 statistical software package. Results： The differences ofstandard practical training indexes before and after the training showed statistical significance. Conclusion： It is necessary to providestandard laboratory practical training to preventive medicine and health inspection undergraduates before they do internship. It is alsoof great necessity to improve the construction and implementation of the teaching mode of standard laboratory practical training.
