A Study of Integrating Programs Setting of Dongguan's Colleges and Universities with Local Industry Transformation and Upgrading

调研东莞产业转型升级期人才需求概况及东莞高校专业设置现状,并据此提出一些推动东莞高校专业设置与产业转型升级无缝对接的可行性策略,对提升东莞高校服务区域经济社会发展之能力,推动东莞产业转型升级都将有着积极的促进作用。

In this article, the author conducts an in-depth study on the talent needs and the situation of programs settingof Dongguan＇s colleges and universities at the beginning of industry transforming and upgrading. On this basis,the author proposes some feasible strategies of integrating programs setting of Dongguan＇s colleges and universitieswith transforming and upgrading of local industry, which aims to improve Dongguan＇s colleges and universities＇ servingability for the regional economy and social development and promote the transforming and upgrading of Dongguan＇sindustry.
