摘要
门诊抗结核药物处方的审核,重点在于对抗结核药物的药物选择、剂量正确、联合用药及超说明书用药的合理性。通过规范门诊抗结核药物处方的审核方法,我院门诊抗结核药物处方合格率明显提高,确保结核患者用药安全。
The antituberculotic prescriptions were evaluated on dose selection, drug selection, combinationand off-label use. Standardization of the commenting of antituberculotic prescriptions in our hospitalsignificantly raised the qualified rate of antituberculotic prescriptions and ensured TB patients＇ medicationsafety.
