摘要
[目的]针对西部地区地市级职业院校护理专业实践教学过程中存在的问题,探索构建"1141"高等职业院校护理实践教学新模式。[方法]将我校2011级护理专业1班和2班的121名学生及2012年新进12名青年教师设为试验组,3班和4班的120名学生及2011年新进8名教师设为对照组,对照组实施传统的"2+1"人才培养模式,试验组以"1.5+1+0.5"人才培养模式进行教学,实践教学按照"1141"模式进行,毕业前对两组学生护士执业资格考试成绩和两组新进青年教师的综合考评结果进行比较。[结果]试验组学生考试成绩高于对照组,青年教师综合考评结果优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]"1141"高等职业院校护理专业实践教学新模式有助于提高学生的学习效果和教师的综合能力。
Objective:Based on problems existed in the nursing practice in China western region municipal vocational colleges teaching process,to explore and to build"1141"higher vocational nursing practice new teaching mode.Method:A total of 121 students of grade 2011 class 1and class 2and 12 new entrants of young teachers in grade 2012 from nursing school were as the test group,Another 120 students class 3and Class 4of and 2011 new coming 8teachers were as the control group.Students and young teachers of control group were carried out the traditional"2+1"training mode.Students and young teachers of test group were carried out"1.5+0.5+1"training mode of teaching.Teaching practice was according to the"1141"mode.Nurse qualification scores of two groups of students before graduation and a comprehensive evaluation of the results of two budding young teachers were compared.Results:Students of exam scores of test group were higher and outcomes of the comprehensive evaluation of the test group were better higher than that of the control group.There were statistical significant differences between the two growps(P〈0.05).Conclusion:New model of"1141"for higher vocational nursing specialty practice teaching can help to improve students' learning and teachers' comprehensive ability.
