摘要 [目的]探讨护理团队角色组合与绩效的相关关系。[方法]采用贝尔宾团队角色自我测试问卷对29个护理团队371人进行问卷调查得出团队的角色组合,同时由专职人员根据科室绩效考评方案收集每月绩效分值,分析角色组合与科室绩效的相关关系。[结果]在护理团队中以凝聚者和完美主义者角色居多,倾向非常高,分别占40.7%和65.5%。团队角色组合的情感、思维和决断的平均水平与团队绩效呈正相关关系,意愿与团队绩效呈负相关;回归分析结果显示:意愿可以作为团队绩效的预测指标。[结论]护理管理者在招聘、分配护理人力时尽量增加团队角色组合的情感、思维和决断平均值,对于这些项目平均值较低的科室要针对性地分配情感和思维倾向高的成员,以增加科室绩效。 Objective:To explore the relationship between role combination of nursing team and performance.Method:A total of 371 nurses in 29 groups were investigated by using the Belbin team role self test questionnaire to get the team's role.At the same time,according to performance evaluation program of the professional to collect monthly performance scores and to analyge is the relationship between role combination and performance of the department.Results:In the nursing team,the role of cohesion and perfectionism are the most.The tendency are very high 40.7%respectively and 65.5%,The emotion and the average level of thinking and decision were positively related to team performance.Wills of nurses is negatively correlated to team perfomance.And regression anallysis showed that wills may take as a predictive index of team performane.Conclusion:Nursing managers should try to increase the average value of the emotion,thinking and decision in recruiting and allocating nursing manpower.For those with low average value of departments one should target to the allocation of emotional and high thinking members,so as to increase the performance of the department.
