河南黄河滩区作为耕地后备资源的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Beach Area of Yellow River Used as Reserve Resources of Cultivated Land

在调查河南省黄河滩区耕地后备资源的基础上,研究了黄河滩涂耕地资源特征,指出了开发利用的有利条件和不利条件,并进行了开发利用可行性分析。研究表明:河南省沿黄6个省辖市黄河滩涂面积总计134 057.65 hm2,其中老滩59 044.54 hm2,占调查的河南省黄河滩涂面积的44.04%,嫩滩75 013.11 hm2,占55.96%。根据黄河下游安全行洪分析结果,得出河南省黄河滩区宜耕区面积为61 592.84 hm2,占全省黄河滩涂面积的52.09%,其中老滩宜耕区面积40 870.15 hm2,嫩滩宜耕区面积20 722.69 hm2。

In this paper, the quantity and quality of the marginal land that locates along the beach of the Yellow River in Henan Provincehave been investigated. The features of the marginal land along the beach of the Yellow River including of the advantage and the disadvantageof reserve resources of cultivated land were analyzed. The results of statistics indicate that the total areas of the marginal land along the beachof the Yellow River are 134 057.65 hm2 , including the old beach area 59 044.54 hm2 and the new beach area 75 013.11 hm2 , which are44.04% and 55.96% respectively. According to flood security, the feasible marginal land along the beach of the Yellow River in HenanProvince is 61 592.84 hm2, including the old beach area 40 870.15 hm2 and the new beach area 20 722.69 hm2, in which that is 52.09% ofthe total land area.
