摘要
加强对黄河凌汛的监测与预报,对于防凌工作的安排与决策有着至关重要的作用。针对现场观察或者采用卫星遥感技术开展冰凌监测的缺陷,提出了一种基于轻小型地面雷达进行冰凌监测的方法,利用地形数据对雷达视频数据的帧图像进行地理校正,通过图像分割算法实现冰凌信息的自动提取。以黄河包头段为例,采用该方法提取冰凌信息并计算其密度,结果表明该方法合理有效、成本低,可快速完成冰凌监测任务。
To strengthen the monitoring and forecast of ice flood of the Yellow River has a vital role in forecast the flood of the Yellow Riverand control arrangements. The method based on light ground radar for ice monitoring, using terrain data for geographical image of radar videodata correction, automatic extraction of ice through image segmentation algorithm. Using the real data get in Baotou to extract the ice andcalculate the density. The results show that this method is effective, low cost, and ice monitoring tasks can be accomplished quickly.
