基于有限元法的铸铁闸门螺杆特征值屈曲分析

摘要 结合工程实例,利用ANSYS对某铸铁闸门螺杆进行特征值屈曲分析。分析了螺杆的公称直径、支撑长度对屈曲临界荷载的影响,并比较两者的影响差异。结果表明:在铸铁闸门关闭到位的情况下,较小的荷载就可以导致螺杆屈曲;屈曲临界荷载随着屈曲阶数的增大而增大,最大位移则随着屈曲阶数的增大而减小;螺杆的最小屈曲临界荷载随着公称直径的增大而增大,随着支撑长度的增大而减小,均呈非线性关系,但对公称直径的变化更为敏感。 The eigenvalue buckling analysis of cast iron gate screw based on ANSYS was carried out with engineering examples. We analyzedthe influence of nominal screw diameter and the supporting length of screw on buckling critical load and compared the differences of effects.The results show that the smaller loads can cause screw buckling in the case of cast iron gate closed in place. The critical buckling loadincreases with the increase of exponent number while the maximum displacement value does the opposite. The minimum critical buckling loadincreases with the increase of nominal screw diameter while decreases with the increase of the supporting length. They are both nonlinearlyrelated, but the minimum critical buckling load is more sensitive in the nominal diameter change.
