摘要
基于钢纤维对于混凝土材料的作用机理,采用试验的方法,设计试验变量为钢纤维掺量,对比研究了不同纤维掺量下,混凝土材料的抗压、抗拉及抗折强度,结果表明:在纤维体积掺量为3 % 时,抗压强度提高31.14% ,而抗拉和抗折有89. 45% 和65. 01% 的提升,进一步说明纤维在受力时,充分发挥其受拉能力强的特征,为混凝土材料分担拉力.综合经济性,得出最佳钢纤维掺量为2 %-3% ,为后续试验研究和施工生产提供依据.
Based on the mechanism of the steel fiber forconcrete material, adopt the method of test, designed test variablesfor the steel fiber content, the contrast research under differentfiber content, the compressive, tensile and flexuralstrength of concrete material, the results showed that the fibervolume content was 3% , the compressive strength increased by31.14% , while the tensile and bending with 89.45% and65.01% improvement, further illustrated fiber in force, givefull play to its strong tension, to share the pull force for concretematerial. Comprehensive economy, it is concluded that the beststeel fiber content is between 2% ~3% , and provided the basisfor subsequent experimental study and construction of production.
