我国工程造价管理行业存在着信息沟通不及时、管理过程中多次计价、造价信息难以共享等问题,阻碍了工程造价行业的信息化发展,BIM5D通过加入造价维度的建筑信息模型,可以使造价行业实现动态化、全过程化管理。本文主要通过分析现在造价行业所存在问题,将BIM技术应用在建设工程造价全过程管理,从而推进工程造价行业信息化进程。

The engineering cost management industry in our country there are many times during the process of information communication is not timely,management pricing,cost information is difficult to share problems,hindered the informationization development of the industry,cost BIM5 D dimensions by adding cost of building information model can make industry to realize the dynamic and whole process cost management. This article mainly analyzes now cost industry existence question,the BIM technology application in the whole process of construction project cost management,so as to advance the project cost industry informatization processes.
