摘要 在生物分子的研究中,核酸适配体和DNA核酶是具有特殊功能的核酸分子。该综述讨论了这些功能分子、其传统筛选过程、独特的性质和它们在生物传感领域中的应用。核酸适配体和DNA核酶在分子识别的研究方面起到非常大的作用,这些特别的应用显示功能核酸在基因学和蛋白质学中具有极大潜力。 This opinion covers the field of aptamers and DNAzymes, in which nucleic acids are molecularly engi- neered to have unique functions for the investigation of biomoleeules. This review discusses these functional nucleic acids, their traditional selection approaches, special characteristics and the application in the analysis of biological sensing field. The aptamers and DNAzymes are highly useful for studies with molecular recognition. These unique applications have shown that functional nucleic acids hold great potential in genomies and proteomics.
