含钛高炉渣资源化综合利用研究现状与展望 被引量:19

摘要 含钛高炉渣一直是钢铁工业固体废弃物再资源化综合利用的研究热点和难点。概述了含钛高炉渣资源化综合利用研究现状,指出了目前含钛高炉渣综合利用工艺的技术特点、工业化难度及对环境产生的影响。采用强酸或强碱、高温碳化或氯化对含钛高炉渣进行提取钛元素的方法,存在工艺复杂、耗能高、环境污染危害较大等不足;使用含钛高炉渣制作建材,虽然对环境没有危害,但是造成钛元素极大浪费;使用含钛高炉渣制取催化剂、抗菌材料和肥料,可使含钛高炉渣得到充分利用,且无尾渣和污染物产生。应综合利用含钛高炉渣中多种成分和矿物,提高含钛高炉渣综合利用率,使含钛高炉渣资源化综合利用的发展与环境保护和谐发展。 Comprehensive utilization of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag has long been hot and difficult research topic in solid wastes field of iron and steel industry. Current situations of comprehensive utilization of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag was summarized, and the technology of comprehensive utilization and industrialization difficulty and effect on the environment influence was indicated. The results show that extracting titanium process is relatively complex, with high energy consumption, harmful to the environment by strong acid or alkali, and high temperature chlorination or carbide from titanium-containing blast furnace slag. It shows that it is wasteful for the titanium to use Ti-bearing blast furnace slag to make building materials although it is environmentally friendly. Ti-bearing blast furnace slag can be fully used by being made catalyst, antibacterial materials and fertilizer and no tailings and pollutants are produced. A variety of com- positions in Ti-bearing blast furnace slag should be usd comprehensively, to improve the ratio of comprehensive utiliza- tion and make comprehensive utilization of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag harmonious with environment.
