摘要 首钢京唐公司1号高炉针对长期高压差冶炼制约生产技术进步,全面系统分析自身冶炼特点,通过提高焦炭粒级、提高烧结矿品位、优化护炉方式、降低入炉料碱负荷及锌负荷、优化装料制度和送风制度、提高铁水温度、活跃炉缸等方面入手,不断优化基本制度,高压差冶炼瓶颈问题得到了突破,炉况稳定性增强,各项经济指标得到极大改善。 NO.1 BF in Shougang Jingtang Steel Company operates under high pressure drop for a long time, which restricted the technical progress. After analyzing the characteristic of smelt process for NO. 1 BF in details, some measures have been taken, such as increasing the coke size, improving the sinter grade, optimizing the way of BF protection, decreasing the alkalis load and zinc load of the raw materials, optimizing the charging system and blast parameters, increasing the temperature of hot metal and keeping BF hearth active, et al. Finally, the problem of high pressure drop operation during production was solved, the stability of BF condition was improved and the economic indexes were promoted greatly.
