摘要
目的:探讨四维彩超和二维彩超在胎儿畸形诊断中的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月至2015年10月收治的210例孕妇资料进行分析,入选孕妇均采用二维彩超检查和四维彩超检查,比较两组胎儿畸形诊断率,将诊断结果与病理结果进行对比,分析四维彩超和二维彩超在胎儿畸形诊断中的应用效果。结果入选的210例孕妇经四维彩超检查,31例得到确诊,确诊率为93.9%,与病理结果比较差异未见统计学意义( P﹥0.05);四维彩超诊断准确率显著高于二维彩超( P﹤0.05);3例胎儿出现畸形,2例胎儿由于体位原因漏诊多趾畸形,另外1例胎儿为复合畸形,但是检查中只注意到无脑畸形,忽略了脊柱裂。结论胎儿畸形诊断中采用四维彩超诊断效果理想,图像更加直观立体,能够更加准确地反映胎儿畸形,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of four-dimensional and two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformation. Methods From October 2014 to October 2015,the data of 210 cases of pregnant women were analyzed,the 210 pregnant women were selected u-sing two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examina-tion,the fetal malformation diagnosis rates of two methods were compared,the diagnosis results and path-ological results were compared,the effects of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and two-dimen-sional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformations were analyzed. Results The 210 cases of pregnant women enrolled by four-dimensional ultrasound examination,31 cases were confirmed, the final diagnosis rate was 93. 9%,and there was no significant difference compared with the pathologi-cal results( P﹥0. 05 );The diagnosis accurate rate of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound was sig-nificantly higher than that of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound( P﹤0. 05 );Three cases of fetal malformation,two cases of fetal due to postural leakage diagnosis polydactyly,also the other one fetuses were complex malformation,but only attention to the examination of brain abnormalities,ignored the spi-na bifida. Conclusions The effect of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal malformation is ideal,the image is more intuitive and three-dimensional,can more accurately reflect the fetus deformity,it is worth popularizing and applying.
