微波联合膦甲酸钠治疗口腔、尿道黏膜尖锐湿疣的临床效果及其对血清细胞因子的影响研究 被引量:3

Effect of microwave combined with phosphine formic acid sodium on oral cavity,urethra mucosa condyloma acuminata and the influence on serum cytokine

摘要 目的:观察微波联合膦甲酸钠治疗口腔、尿道黏膜部位尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及其对血清脂质过氧化物( LPO)、血清Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法将92例口腔、尿道黏膜部位尖锐湿疣患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用微波治疗,观察组采用微波联合膦甲酸钠治疗。比较两组间疗效差异及治疗前后LPO、γ-干扰素( IFN-γ)和白细胞介素( IL)水平差异。结果对照组有效率为65.2%,观察组有效率为91.3%,经卡方检验,观察组显著优于对照组( P﹤0.05),且观察组患者复发率显著低于对照组( P﹤0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-2、IFN-γ显著高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、LPO 值均显著低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义( P ﹤0.05)。结论微波联合膦甲酸钠治疗口腔、尿道黏膜部位尖锐湿疣临床效果好,复发率低,并能显著改善患者血清LPO及白细胞介素、IFN-γ水平,平衡血清Th1/Th2细胞因子,促进HPV病毒的清除。 Objective To observe the effect of microwave combined with foscarnet sodium on o-ral cavity,the urethra mucous condyloma acuminata,and the influence on serum lipid peroxide( LPO) and Th1/Th2 cytokines. Methods Patients with oral cavity,the urethra mucous condyloma acuminata were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group. The control group received microwave treatment,and the observation group was treated by microwave combined phos-phine formic acid sodium. The curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment and LPO, IFN-gamma and interleukin level differences were compared. Results The effective rate in observation group was 91. 3%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(65. 2%,P﹤0. 05). After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γwere signifcantly higher those in observation group,and levels of IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,LPO were significantly lower than those in the control group,and all of the differ-ences were significant( P﹤0. 05 ). Conclusions Microwave combined with foscarnet sodium has good clinical curative effect,on oral cavity and the urethra mucous condyloma acuminata,with low recurrence rate. It can significantly improve the serum LPO and interleukin,IFN-γ levels,serum Th1/Th2 cyto-kines balance,and promote the removal of the HPV virus.
