摘要
随着电力体制改革的推进,新能源技术的不断发展,互联网+智慧能源对社会生活的改造,客户对电力消费的需求不断丰富,在激烈市场竞争下,电网企业要想稳定持续发展,必须在电力营销工作环节全面贯彻落实公司统一的"价值理念"和"发展战略",以市场和客户需求为导向,大力推行智能电力营销发展之路。作为供电营销人员应紧跟时代的脚步,坚持"你用电、我用心",深刻领悟智能电力营销基本理念,并在实际工作中应用智能电力营销业务技能,不断提升供电营销人员服务质量。本论文主要描述目前电力营销智能化发展的新形势新要求,分析电力营销服务存在的新问题,提出"智能电力营销"环境下供电优质服务创新的主要措施,从而进一步提升服务质量,提高客户满意度,这将对供电营销人员在新的形势下开展智能营销工作具有重要的参考价值。
With the constant development of the new energy technology and the electric power system reform,the customer demand for electricity consumption is getting unceasingly rich along with the transformation of social life by Internet + smart energy. Facing fierce market competition,electric power marketing for power grid enterprises must fully implement the company value and their development strategies and vigorously promote the development of market- and- customer- demand- oriented smart electric power marketing so as to maintain sustainable development. power supply marketing personnel should keep abreast of the times,adhere to the principle of " your power our care",deeply comprehend the basic idea of smart electric power marketing,and apply its business skills in practical work to constantly improve the service quality. In this paper the new situation and new requirements following the development of smart power marketing are described and the new problems are analyzed. The main measures on the service quality innovation are put forward under the circumstances of smart electric power marketing so as to further improve the service quality,improve customer satisfaction as well as provide important reference value for power supply marketing personnel to carry out smart marketing work under the new situation.
