摘要
基于某两电厂"W"型锅炉,进行热态喷氨优化调整试验,发现脱硝系统出口氮氧化物浓度场随着磨煤机运行方式的不同而发生改变,造成氨逃逸率较大,加快空预器的堵塞,影响锅炉的出力。针对燃煤机组超净排放脱硝系统产生问题进行总结并提出解决建议。
From the adjustment and optimization of ammonia injection experiments under the thermal state it is found that NOx concentration field of denitration system export changes with the operation of coal pulverizing millsbased on two " W " type boilers. And it leads to higher ammonia slip and deteriorating air preheater blockage further cause lower capacity of boiler. This article makes a summary of clean emissions denitration system new problems of coal- fired unit and proposes some related solution.
