原发性高血压与胰岛素样生长因子1关系的研究进展

Advances in the association between hypertension and insulin-like growth factor 1

胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)作为重要的生物活性物质,与高血压的发生发展有着密切联系。本文主要从IGF-1与胰岛素抵抗、血管平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞、心肌肥厚、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统和信号通路的关系来阐述其在高血压进程中的作用,以为高血压的治疗提供新的策略。

Insulin - like growth factor 1 （ IGF - 1 ） as an important biological active substancehas a climate correlation with the development of hypertension. Relationship between IGF- 1and insulin resistance, vascular smooth muscle cell, endothelial cell, myocardial hypertrophy, renin angiotensin aldosterone system, signal path was clarified in order to account for the role of IGF - 1 played in the hypertension. We want to provide a new strategy for the treatment of hypertension by means of this article.
