摘要
通过分别研究聚羧酸减水剂、可再分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯纤维、纤维素醚对聚合物修补砂浆流动性、抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度和保水率的影响,研制了一种高性能聚合物修补砂浆。研究了速凝剂对聚合物修补砂浆抗压、抗折强度等性能的影响,使其适合用于喷射施工。结果表明,聚羧酸系减水剂掺量0.06%,胶粉掺量1.0%,3 mm聚丙烯纤维掺量0.04%,纤维素醚掺量0.15%时,聚合物修补砂浆的28 d抗压强度为79.48 MPa,28 d抗折强度为14.5 MPa,14 d粘结强度为1.45 MPa,符合JG/T 289—2010《混凝土结构加固用聚合物砂浆》的Ⅰ级要求。掺5%速凝剂时,聚合物修补砂浆适于喷射施工,具有较好的效果。
In this paper, a kind of high performance polymer repair mortar is developed by studying the effects of polycar- boxylic series of water reducer, re-dispersible polymer powders,polypropylene fiber and cellulose ether on the polymer mortar fluid- ity,compressive strength,flexural strength,bond strength and water retention rate of the polymer repair mortar. What's more,the ef- fect of the quick setting agent on the compressive strength and flexural strength of polymer patching mortar was also studied to make it suitable for spraying. Research results show that when the ratio is polycarboxylic series of water reducer 0.06%, re-dis- persible polymer powders 1.0%, 3 mm content of polypropylene fiber 0.04%,cellulose ether 0.15%,the 28 d compressive strength,28 d flexural strength and 14 d bond strength of the obtained product is 79.48 MPa, 14.5 MPa, and 1.45 MPa,respectively. The perforrnance index is in the first level of the JG/T 289-2010 "Polymer mortar for concrete structure reinforcement". Having the best ef- fect and suitable for spraying is quick setting agent 5%.
