湖南省金融生态环境评价问题研究

Study on Evaluation of Financial Ecological Environment in Hunan Province

从经济环境、金融环境、政策环境、社会环境四个方面展开,选取10个指标构成指标体系,对湖南省生态环境进行横向评价和纵向评价。纵向方面,2000年到2013年湖南省金融生态环境逐年得以改善,但是在横向方面,2013年湖南省的金融生态环境在中部六省中仅位居第三。分析湖南省金融生态环境建设中存在的问题,认为应加快地区经济建设,提高金融服务水平,建设服务型政府,加强法制与信用环境建设,以优化湖南省金融生态环境。

Horizontal and vertical evaluations are made on the ecological environment of Hunan province from four aspects： economic, financial, policy-related and social environment, selecting ten indicators to construct an indicator system. Horizontally,it＇s found that financial ecological environment of Hunan province in the years from2000 to 2013 have been improved year by year; vertically,however,the financial ecological environment of Hunan Province in 2013 only ranked the third among six provinces in central China. Based on an analysis of the current problems in the construction of financial ecological environment,the following suggestions are made： speeding up the construction of regional economy,improving financial services,normalizing the behaviors of government,and enhancing the construction of legal system and credit environment.
