摘要
采用DC/DC/AC两级变换结构,设计了一款基于耦合电感的高增益高效率离网型独立光伏逆变器。先将蓄电池电压经过DC/DC变换器升压为360V高压直流,然后再用DC/AC逆变为220V/50Hz的交流电。前级DC/DC电路在传统非隔离型Boost变换器基础上进行了创新设计,引入了耦合电感倍压单元技术,通过设置耦合电感的匝比,使功率开关管在较小占空比下,可以获得高电压增益比,减小功率开关损耗。实验结果表明,所设计的逆变器变换效率较高,可输出高质量正弦交流电。
A high gain and high efficiency off-grid independent photovoltaic inverter based on the coupled inductor is designed. DC/DC/ AC two stage structure is used in the inverter. Firstly the battery voltage is boosted to 360V high voltage DC by the DC/DC converter, then 360V high voltage DC is converted to 220V/50Hz AC by the DC/AC inverter. The first'stage DC/DC circuit is innovatively designed on the basis of the traditional non isolated Boost converter The technique of coupled inductor voltage doubling unit is introduced. By setting the turn ratio of the coupling inductor, the high voltage gain ratio can be obtained when the power switch is in a small duty cycle. Power switching loss can be reduced. Experimental results show that the designed inverter has higher efficiency.Sinusoidal alternating current with high quality can be output.
