Modem advanced UPS all have economic operation mode （Eco mode）, the UPS with economic operation mode is called Eco mode UPS. Eco mode UPS has the highest efficiency and the highest reliability. Using Eco mode UPS is an important measure of data center energy saving. This paper evaluates the performance of Eco mode UPS, and describes the application consideration of Eco mode UPS.
