为了有效优化铁塔公司4G基站项目验收流程,提高项目验收效率,首先对铁塔公司4G基站项目验收管理存在的问题进行了分析,指出了传统验收模式面临的挑战,然后提出了基于CPM的铁塔公司4G基站项目验收管理方法并设计开发了4G基站验收CPM管理程序,最后通过CPM管理程序在4G基站验收中的应用,验证了该方法和程序的科学性、适用性,有效地减少了4G基站项目验收工作时间和资源的投入。

In order to effectively optimize the China Tower company＇s 4G station project approval process, improve efficiency, the existing management problems were first analyzed, and the paper pointed out the challenges faced by the traditional mode. Then it put forward a management method based on CPM, and designed and developed the 4G base station acceptance CPM management program. At last, the application of CPM management program in 4G base station acceptance verified the scientific and applicability of the method and the program, thus effectively reduced the time and resources of 4G base station project acceptance.
