肺炎支原体生存环境温暖、潮湿,主要感染部位为呼吸道,易于侵犯具有湿热状态或体质的儿童;肺炎支原体肺炎临床表现以发热、咳嗽为主,舌苔白腻或黄腻,脉濡数或滑数,病程长,缠绵难愈。以上特点均与湿热致病特点相符合,因此考虑小儿肺炎支原体肺炎病因为湿热病邪。

Mycoplasma pneumoniae lives in warm and moist environment, mainly infecting respiratory tract of children with damp heat. Mycoplasma pneumonia has the clinic manifestation of fever, cough, with white or yellow greasy tongue coating and moistening or slippery pulse, long course of disease, uneasy to be cured. The above characteristics are consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of damp heat, so pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia is mainly due to damp heat.
