归脾汤加减治疗感染相关性中性粒细胞减少症30例临床观察

Clinical observation of 30 cases of infection-related neutropenia treated with modified Guipi Decoction

目的观察归脾汤加减治疗感染相关性中性粒细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法选取2013年9月至2014年9月我院收治的符合诊断标准的感染相关性中性粒细胞减少症患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组在常规治疗的基础上口服利可君片,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用归脾汤加减口服治疗。观察其临床症状改善、中性粒细胞值及T细胞亚群CD_4^+,CD_8^+值的变化。结果治疗组总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(63.33%),差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后第4天、第7天,治疗组患儿中性粒细胞值均升高,且显著高于对照组,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组CD_4^+,CD_4^+/CD_8^+均升高,CD_8^+下降,与对照组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论归脾汤加减治疗感染相关性中性粒细胞减少症,能改善患儿的临床症状、明显提高中性粒细胞值及调节免疫功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guipi Decoction on the treatment of infection related neutropenia. Methods Children diagnosed with infection related neutropenia in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given Leucogen tablets on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment group was additionally given Guipi Decoction. The clinical symptoms, the count of neutrophil and the changes of T cell subsets CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group （96.67%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （63.33%） （P〈0.05）. After 4 days, 7 days treatment, the count of neutrophil in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. After treatment, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋ increased （P〈0.01）, CD8^＋ reduced in the treatment group the difference between the 2 groups were statistieally significant（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Guipi Deeoction can improve children＇ s clinical symptoms, raise neutrophil values and regulate immune function with better effect in treating infection-related neutropenia.
