腹痛散穴位贴敷治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎32例临床观察

Clinical observation of 32 cases of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis treated with Futong San applied on the acupoint

目的观察中药腹痛散穴位贴敷治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照实验的方法对64例患儿进行临床研究,治疗组给予腹痛散穴位贴敷,对照组口服头孢克肟咀嚼片。2组均治疗5 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.88%,对照组为68.75%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论腹痛散穴位贴敷治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Futong San applied of the acupoint in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods Randomized controlled trial was used in the clinical research with 64 cases were grouped into 2 groups. Treatment group was given Futong San for external application. Control group was treated with oral cephalosporin cefixime chewable tablets. The effect of the 2 groups was analyzed after 5 days treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and the control group was 68.75% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal pain powder has good effect in treating pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis, worthy of clinical application.
