推拿结合快速针刺法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈33例疗效观察

Clinical observation of 33 cases of children with congenital muscular torticollis treated with massage and rapid acupuncture

目的观察推拿结合快速针刺法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的临床疗效。方法 33例先天性肌性斜颈患儿予以推拿及快速针刺法,观察治疗前后患儿胸锁乳突肌处彩超变化及临床症状的改善情况。结果 33例患儿中治愈10例,好转21例,未愈2例,总有效率为93.94%。各月龄段患儿恢复情况以3月内恢复最佳,总有效率达100.00%。治疗前后患儿患侧胸锁乳突肌包块的大小及回声情况比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论推拿配合快速针刺疗法治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈疗效显著,且年龄越小,疗效越显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with rapid acupuncture in treating congenital muscular torticollis. Methods 33 cases of children with congenital muscular torticollis were given massage and rapid acupuncture, cleidomastoid muscle changes in color doppler ultrasound and the clinical symptoms were observed. Results In 33 cases, 10 cases were cured, 21 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 93.94%. Children less than 3 months old rehabilitated best, the total effective rate being 100.00%. After treatment, the mass and the echo of cleidomastoid were better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Massage combined with rapid acupuncture therapy in the treatment of children with congenital muscular torticollis can get curative effect with the younger patients getting better effect, worth of widely application.
