摘要
对兰州大学第一临床医学院2012级五年制儿科学期末考试试卷进行了定量分析,结果显示该试卷整体难度适中,但主观题学生得分偏低,综合应用能力不强。因此,教师在今后的教学中应在注重基础知识、基本技能讲解的基础上,加强对学生综合理解和知识运用能力的培养,多引用病例教学法,做到深入浅出、使学生融会贯通。
Pediatric final exam papers of the five year undergraduate students of 2012 grade of the first clinical medical college of Lanzhou University were quantitatively analyzed, showing that the difficulty level was moderate, but students got too low subjective score, their comprehensive application ability is not strong. Therefore, teachers in the future should focus on basic knowledge and basic skills to strengthen students' comprehensive understanding and knowledge application ability cultivation, citing case teaching method, explaining the profound things in a simple way, in order to let students master the subject.
