盐酸右旋美托咪定对大鼠机械通气所致肺损伤的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨盐酸右旋美托咪定对大鼠机械通气所致肺损伤( VILI)的影响。方法24只SD大鼠随机分为4组:常规潮气量组( C组)、机械通气肺损伤组( H组)、盐酸右旋美托咪定组( Dex组)和盐酸右旋美托咪定+育亨宾组( Dex+Yo组),每组6只。 Dex组大鼠在机械通气的同时给予盐酸右旋美托咪定,Dex+Yo组在给予盐酸右旋美托咪定负荷剂量后给予育亨宾。光镜观察肺组织病理学变化,检测支气管肺泡灌洗液( BALF)中肿瘤坏死因子-α( TNF-α)含量、白细胞( WBC)计数和总蛋白含量,检测肺组织湿重/干重( W/D)比值和髓过氧化物酶( MPO)活性。结果与C组相比,H组、Dex组和Dex+Yo组肺部病理改变明显,且肺组织W/D比值、TNF-α含量、总蛋白含量、WBC计数、MPO活性显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与H组和Dex+Yo组相比,Dex组肺部病理改变明显减轻,肺组织W/D比值、TNF-α含量、总蛋白含量、WBC计数、MPO活性显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸右旋美托咪定能显著减轻呼吸机所造成的肺损伤,减少肺部炎症因子的产生,这可能与α2-肾上腺素受体作用相关。
