摘要
通过模拟工况下的腐蚀试验,对不同油套管材料的腐蚀行为进行分析和研究,同时结合腐蚀预测软件进行数据分析。结果表明:在50℃及150℃下,N80、BG80-3Cr、P110、BG90H四种材料的均匀腐蚀速率大于0.2mm/a,腐蚀较严重;BG90H-9Cr和BG90H-13Cr在试验温度范围内具有良好的抗CO_2+H_2S+O_2均匀及局部腐蚀能力;温度对油套管用钢的腐蚀影响较为复杂,随温度升高,腐蚀速率上升,但温度较高时,当金属表面生成致密的腐蚀产物膜后,腐蚀速率随温度升高而降低。
The corrosion behaviors of different oil casing materials were studied in corrosion test under simulated working conditions, at the same time the data analysis was conducted with corrosion prediction software. The results show that uniform corrosion rates of N80, BGS0-3Cr, Pl10 and BG90H at 50℃ and 150℃ were higher than 0. 2 mm/a, the four materials corroded seriously. In the experimental temperature range, BG90H-9Cr and BG90H-13Cr had good resistance to uniform and localized corrosion in CO2 + H2 S+O2 media. The effect of temperature on corrosion of oil casing steel was more complicated. With the increase of temperature, the corrosion rate rose first, and then declined at relatively high temperatures because corrosion product films generated on the surface of metal materials.
