固封极柱用热塑性绝缘材料性能分析 被引量:4

摘要 通过熔融共混、挤出造粒和注塑成型工艺制备了短切纤维增强高温尼龙和短切纤维增强聚苯硫醚2种复合材料,对2种材料在不同玻纤用量下的力学性能、热性能、吸水率和介电性能进行了研究和对比。结果表明:玻纤的加入能有效提高材料的力学性能和热变形温度,对材料的介电性能影响显著,其中,HTPA/GF的力学及耐热性能优于PPS/GF,但介电性能低于PPS/GF,2种材料各性能均满足中压开关设备固封极柱包封材料的主要指标要求。 Chopped glass fiber reinforced HTPA and PPS composite were prepared by melt blending, extrusion granulation and injection molding methods. For the two kinds of composite, their mechnical, thermal and dielectric properties as well as water absorption rate, with different contents of chopped glass fiber, were discussed and compared. The results showed that with the addition of chopped glass fiber, these composite's mechanical properties and temperature of deflection under load had been improved efficiently,particularly in the dielectrical properties which were advanced remarkably. Compared to the PPS/GF composite, the HTPA/GF composite demonstrated better heat resistance and mechanical properties but lower dielectrical properties. In general, the properties of composite could perfectly meet the main requirements of to be used as packaging materials for solid insulation embedded poles in the field of medium voltage devices.
