摘要
在空气自然冷却条件下,对纯聚碳酸酯和碳纤维填充聚碳酸酯的PVT特性曲线做了对比,结果表明:纤维填充物对聚碳酸酯的PVT特性有明显影响。纤维填充聚碳酸酯的转变温度低于纯聚碳酸酯,通过DSC测试曲线进一步证明了该现象。纤维填充聚碳酸酯的比容对温度的变化更加敏感,在温度高于转变温度时,纤维填充聚碳酸酯的比容变化率大于纯聚碳酸酯。
In the natural air cooling conditions, the PVT properties of pure polycarbonate and polycarbonate filled by carbon fiber were compared. The results showed that fiber filler had a significant effect on the PVT properties of polycarbonate. The transition temperature of fiber filled polycarbonate was lower than the pure polycarbonate, and the DSC curve was further evidence of phenomenon. Specific volume of fiber filled polycarbonate was more sensitive to changes in temperature, particularly at temperatures above the transition temperature, the rate of change of the specific volume for the fiber filled polycarbonate was larger than the pure polycarbonate.
