Evaluation on ecological civilization construction of China petroleum development enterprise

为了有效评价中国石油开发企业生态文明建设水平,在现有生态文明建设水平评价研究基础上,从生态环境的影响、三废处理、资源利用效果、环保管理和环保投入等多角度构建中国石油开发企业生态文明建设指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,利用基于三角模糊数的语言变量计量石油开发企业生态文明建设水平指标值,在去模糊化的基础上采用加权评分法构建综合评价模型,并以某石油开发企业为例阐释具体的计算分析过程,为评价中国石油开发企业的生态文明建设水平提供有效工具。

In order to evaluate effectively the ecological civilization construction level of China petroleum development enterprise,based on the current study on the evaluation of ecological civilization construction level,the index system of ecological civilization construction of China’s petroleum development enterprise is built from the perspectives of influence to the ecological environment,three-waste treatment,utilization effect of resource,environmental management and environmental protection investment.Index weight is determined by using AHP method.The index value of ecological civilization construction of China’s petroleum development enterprise is measured by using the linguistic variables based on triangular fuzzy number.The evaluation model is built up by using weighted mark method based on defuzzication for index value.An petroleum development enterprise is taken as an example to interpret the specific process of calculation and analysis in order to provide effective tool for evaluating the ecological civilization construction level of China’s petroleum development enterprise.
