摘要
针对人才选拔与评价标准问题,将胜任力模型引入地矿行业卓越人才的选拔与考核评价体系。采取质性分析与量化分析方法相结合的研究方法,建构了包括技能性胜任力、社会性胜任力和特质性胜任力3个维度共22项胜任力的卓越矿业工程师胜任力模型,为地矿行业卓越人才选拔提供指导。
To solve the problems in talent selection,assessment and evaluation,it introduces the competence model into the talent selection,assessment and evaluation system of the mineral industry.By adopting qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods,a competence model mainly consisting of 22 competencies in three dimensions,i.e.technical competence,social competence and trait competence,was established,which will provide guidance for the talent selection,assessment and evaluation of the mineral industry.
