摘要
抗生素因其疗效显著被广泛的使用,然而其滥用对人类所带来的危害也逐渐被重视。核酸配子作为一种"化学抗体",随着配子筛选技术的改进对靶目标具有更高的特异性和亲和力。本文对以核酸配子为基础所建立的生物传感方法检测抗生素的研究进展做了概括,分别从电化学、光学、酶联免疫等方面对近些年来学者构建的新型传感方法进行介绍,以展现配子技术在抗生素检测上的研究方法和应用潜力。
Antibiotics has been widely used for its distinctive curative effect in the treatment of diseases,however,the overuse of antibiotics and harmful social problems has become a public problem affecting public health.Aptamers,a kind of chemical antibodies,reveal higher specificity and affinity to target with the improvement of aptamer screening technology. In this paper,the latest research recently for some sensing methods based on aptasensing technologies were summarized,from the electrochemistry,optics and enzyme- linked immunology respectively,which showed the application ability of aptamers in antibiotics detection and its potential applications in the exploration of research methods.
