卤蛋是我国传统蛋制品的一种,具有营养、健康、食用方便的特点,深受广大消费者的喜爱,成为家庭聚餐和外出旅行的重要方便品之一。本文主要介绍卤蛋加工过程中剥壳前的几种冷却方式及其对比。
Spiced corned egg is a kind of Chinese traditional egg product, with features of nutrition, healthy and eat convenient, which favored by lots of consumers, and it becomes one kind of eat convenient food to Chinese family party and travel. This paper mainly introduces kinds of cooling methods and comparison before being shelled in the process.
