摘要
矿山井巷工程从设计到施工都是一个非常复杂的过程,地形地貌、气象条件、交通运输条件等均会影响矿山井巷工程各个阶段的进度、质量和造价控制。造价控制也是设计中较为关键的一个环节,它能全面反应整个矿山井巷工程从立项、设计、招投标、竣工验收等全过程的总费用。笔者指出矿山井巷工程预算的编制是一个系统全面的工作,只有掌握定额内容,了解一定的施工工艺,通过从预算到结算,再从结算到预算的不断总结,才能做到熟能生巧,真正掌握整个预算的编制。
The design and construction of sinking and driving engineering is very complicated. The schedule,quality and costs are affected by landform, meteorological conditions and transportation conditions. Cost control is a crucial part in design because it reflects the total costs in the project initiation, designing, bidding and completion acceptance. The budget making of sinking and driving engineering is comprehensive and thus it can be mastered only by grasping the quota, construction technology and continous summary.
