102cm固态体积式真三维显示器投影光源设计

摘要 针对102cm固态体积式真三维立体显示器的亮度要求,设计了基于UHP光源的四灯投影光源系统,并通过复眼均光系统实现均匀照明。仿真结果表明,光源系统总的光通量为50 009lm,为理论计算值的1.21倍,且光斑均匀性达到86%。完成102cm固态体积式真三维立体显示器的装配、测试,测得屏前静态全白场亮度138nit,图像立体感较强,无明显分层现象。仿真和样机测试结果均表明,设计满足102cm固态体积式真三维显示的亮度要求。 A four-UHP-based projection source system was designed to satisfy the require- ments of high brightness for 102 cm solid-state volumetric true-3D display. Fly-eye lens were applied to realize uniform illumination. The simulation results show that the luminous flux of the projection source system reaches 50 009 ira, which is 1.21 times of the theoretical calculation, and the uniformity reaches 86%. A sample of 102 cm solid-state volumetric true-3D display is assembled and measured. The prototype presents strong 3D sense, and there is no obvious stratification phenomenon. Luminance of the front-panel reaches 138 nits when testing the static allwhite image. The simulation and practical results both show that the proposed design meets the luminance requirements of 102 cm solid-state true volumetric three-dimensional display.
