公共安全语境下食品安全犯罪的特点及打防对策

Characteristics, Prevention and Countermeasures of Food Safety Crime in Context of Public Safety

食品安全关系着人民群众的切身利益,是关系国计民生、社会稳定的大问题。国家对此非常重视,多次出台打击食品安全犯罪的工作措施与规定,各地公安机关对此项工作也非常重视,侦办了一批食品安全犯罪的案件。在打击食品安全犯罪的过程中,由于法律规定、办案程序、检测鉴定等诸多不完备因素,对公安机关的执法办案造成了影响,因此当前急需对食品安全犯罪的特点及打防措施等进行研究,以提高公安机关防范、打击食品安全犯罪的能力。

The food safety has relation to the people＇s vital interests, the national welfare and the people＇s livelihood, the social stability. The state attaches great importance to this problem, measures and regulations of fighting food safety crimes had yet been issued many times. The public security organs across the country also attach great importance to this problem and had cleaned up a number of cases. Some incomplete factors such as legal provisions, procedures, detection and identi- fication affected the public security organ＇s law enforcement during the process of fighting food safety crimes. Therefore, we should carry on researches on characteristics, pervention and countermeasures of food safety crime to improve the public security organ＇s ability of preventing and fighting food safety crimes.
