摘要
宋飞琼教授在《大力发展农村职业教育的三个假设》一文中,通过分析政策文献和部分论者观点,归纳出被其视为大力发展农村职业教育前提的"三个假设",然后再以对中部某省五县(市)的调研为支撑一一予以否定,做出了"大力发展农村职业教育成了伪命题"的论断。宋教授的分析和论断,存在逻辑疏漏与理据不足,大力发展农村职业教育不是伪命题而是真命题,并就此与宋教授商榷。
Professor Song in the paper named "three hypotheses of vigorously developing rural vocational education", inductives"three hypotheses"as premises about vigorously developing rural vocational education, by analyzing the policy documents and some paper author views, then dneying all three hypotheses by using the survey datd in the central province counties(cities), gets a judgement"developing the rural vocational education is a false topic". This paper believes that professor Song's analysis and judgment exist logical omissions and deficiencies, and developing rural vocational education is a true but not a false topic.
