新疆南疆地区中职教育发展分析——以和田和喀什地区为例

Analysis on Secondary Vocational Education Development in the Southern Border Region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region——A Case Study of Hetian Region and Kashi Region

近年来,在中央、新疆全区和援疆省市的帮助和扶持下,新疆南疆地区中等职业教育作为我国职业教育的薄弱地区,得到加快发展,成效明显,但目前仍面临基础设施欠缺、学生学习基础薄弱、专业建设不够规范、师资数量不足、就业水平低等问题,需要在经费投入、教育教学、教师编制、就业创业服务等方面加强改革和完善。

In recent years, under the aid of the central government, Xinjiang and other provinces, the southern border region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as a weak area of Chinese Vocational Education, speeded up the development of secondary vocational education, achieved remarkable success, but now still faces many problems, such as lack of infrastructure, weak foundation of student learning, professional setting not standardized, lack of teachers and low levels of employment. Therefore, it needs for reform and improvement in terms of funding, teaching, teacher preparation, employment and entrepreneurship services.
