摘要
经济新常态对职业教育教师专业化发展提出了挑战:职业教育教师专业化发展面临经费投入压力,教师的专业化发展取向陷入悖论,职业教育教师专业化发展体系尚不能满足国际合作战略新布局。为此,需要建立多渠道的职业教育教师专业化发展的经费投入机制;构建多元化的职业教育教师专业素质和经验积累机制;盘活和整合现有资源,建设多种模式的职业教育教师培训基地;兼顾需求侧改革的成果,重点实施适应供给侧改革要求的职业教育教师专业化发展制度。
The new normal economy gives some predicaments to the professional development of teachers in the TVET system: the professional development of TVET teachers face with the fund input pressure, the orientation of the teacher professional development falls into paradox field, and the teacher professional development system still cannot meet the new international cooperation strategy layout. Therefore, it is needed to establish a multi-channel mechanism of funds input for teacher professional development in TVET system, to construct a diversified mechanism of the TVET teachers' professional quality and experience accumulation, build a variety of patterns of the TVET teachers' training bases with revitalization and integration of existing resources, significantly implement the TVET teachers' professional development policies with the adaptation to the supply side reform based on the demand side reform achievements.
