高职院校基于行业特色的文化重塑:“成才”走向“成人”——以浙江建设职业技术学院为例

On Culture Reshaping of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Industry Features: From“Becoming Talents” to “Becoming Civilized Persons”——Taking Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Construction as an Example

高职院校一直以来以提升学生岗位技能、强化动手能力为主要目标,在学生综合素质培养方面有待加强。由于缺乏文化积淀、校企文化尚未真正融合,高职院校的文化育人功能未能真正实现。浙江建设职业技术学院以"建筑业"为主线,大力推动鲁班文化、绿色文化、艺术文化、创新文化的四结合,打造精品校园文化,形成鲜明行业特色,实现校企文化融合,有力推动了学生综合素质的提升。

Higher vocational colleges always lay emphasis on training post skills and operation abilities of their students. But the comprehensive quality of these students needs to be enhanced also. The cultivation function of campus culture hasn＇t been truly realized because of lack of culture accumulation and uncompleted integration between colleges and enterprises. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of students, Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Construction combined Luban Culture, Green Culture, Arts Culture with Innovation Culture. By combination of Four kinds of culture, Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Construction integrated the culture of the college and enterprises, highlighted industry features and greatly enhanced the comprehensive qualities of students.
