某石化公司1.5万t/a硫磺回收装置升级改造需要拆除原装置,通过科学编制停工处理、拆除防护和拆除施工方案;注重防火措施的有效性,确保拆除动火安全;严密布防自燃措施,防止硫化亚铁自燃;搭设生命线,防止高空坠落;严格现场规格化管理,不断提升现场管理水平;全面提升管理,确保拆除的安全环保受控等行之有效的措施,实现了HSE整体受控的目标。

The 1.5 × 10~4 t/a sulfur recovery unit in a refinery of PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company needed to be dismantled due to upgrading and revamp.The goal of controlled overall HSE was achieved during dismantling after taking some effective measures such as preparing scientific shutdown processing,dismantling protection and dismantling construction plan,focusing on the effectiveness of the fire-fighting measures to ensure the safety of fire operation,enacting strict protection measures to prevent ferrous sulfide self-ignition,setting up lifeline to prevent falling accident from high places,enhancing standardized on-site management strictly to improve the site management constantly,and improving management comprehensively,to ensure the controlled HSE during dismantling.
