摘要
天然气管道外部环境随着国民经济的发展变得日渐复杂,其安全运行的外部因素因突发性和不确定性显得难以管理。通信光缆一般与天然气管道伴行敷设,采用故障树分析方法、结合系统安全理论,分析引起天然气管道伴行光缆损伤的主要因素有:区域人类活动、第三方破坏和管理欠缺、路由环境以及光缆质量。针对这些因素提出对策和控制措施,为预防光缆损坏影响信息输送、保障管道安全提供借鉴。
With the development of national economy,the external environment of natural gas pipelines has become increasingly complex.Unexpected external factors and uncertainties make safe operation seems difficult to manage.Telecommunication fiber cables are often parallel with natural gas pipelines.Combining with system safety theory,this paper analyzes the main factors causing the damage of fiber cables parallel with natural gas pipelines by adopting fault tree analysis method.Such factors involve human activities in the area,the third party damage and lack of management,routing environment and fiber cable quality.Aiming at these factors,some measures are presented so as to protect the information transportation and pipeline safety.
