睡眠质量对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

Influence of Sleep Quality on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨睡眠质量对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的影响。方法:将80例COPD患者根据有无睡眠障碍分为障碍组(46例)与无障碍组(34例),同期健康体检者(无COPD与睡眠障碍)35例作为对照组,对比分析三组情况。结果:无障碍组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、睡眠信念与态度量表(DBAS)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分均明显优于障碍组(P<0.05),而对照组前述指标均明显优于障碍组与无障碍组(P<0.05)。结论:COPD患者若有睡眠障碍,则会发生焦虑、呼吸障碍等,为此改善COPD患者睡眠质量十分必要。

Objective： To investigate the effect of sleep quality on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Method： 80 patients with COPD were divided into the sleep disorder group（46 cases） and the without sleep disorder group（34 cases）, and 35 cases of healthy persons as control group（no COPD and sleep disorder）.The situation in three groups were compared and analyzed.Result： The anxiety self rating scale（SAS）, beliefs and attitudes about sleep scale（DBAS）, St.George＇s Respiratory Questionnaire（SGRQ） score in the without sleep disorder group were significantly better than those in the sleep disorder greup（P〈0.05）, while the control group the aforementioned indicators were significantly superior than the sleep disorder group and the without disCarder group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion： COPD patients with sleep disorders have the occurrence of anxiety, respiratory disorders, and so on, to improve the quality of sleep in patients with COPD is necessary.
