手术室规范化护理在老年人工髋关节置换术中的应用

The Operating Room Standardized Nursing Application in Elderly Hip Arthroplasty

目的:探讨手术室规范化护理在老年人工髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2013年3月-2015年12月收治的46例人工髋关节置换术患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组23例。对照组患者在手术室给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予手术室规范化护理,对比两组患者的护理疗效。结果:两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及术后Harris髋关节功能评分对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为91.30%,对照组为69.56%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年人工髋关节置换术的患者进行手术室规范化护理,效果较佳,值得借鉴。

Objective： To explore the application effect of standardized nursing in operation room in elderly patients with hip joint replacement.Method： From March 2013 to December 2015, 46 cases of total hip replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the conrail group, 23 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care in the operation room, the observation group was given operation room standardized nursing based on the control group.The nursing efficacy in the two groups of patients were compared.Result： Compared with the control group, the operation time, blood loss and postoperative Harris hip function score were better than the observation group, the differences between two groups were significant differences（P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 91.30% and 69.56% in the control group, there was significant difference in twogroups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The operation room standardized nursing care for elderly patients with hip replacement isbetter, andi it is worth learning.
